Mission To provide employers across Western New York timely, efficient, and effective 401(k) and other retirement plan services.
Pension Services of Western New York, Inc. was formed in 1995. We design, install and administer hundreds of employer sponsored retirement plans across Western New York and PA. Our highly trained team of ERISA experts is uniquely qualified to lead you through some of the most complex aspects of ERISA compliance. We sponsor our own Prototype and Volume submitter plan documents and are experts in creating plan designs which can attract and retain the type of people you want to employ. We interface with all the major financial institutions who custody and record keep your plan assets. Through our affiliation with LaSalle Street Advisors, we are able to evaluate the expenses and selection of those arrangements.

With over 25 years of experience in the pension service industry, Larry is an experienced financial service professional and manages the sales and marketing team as well as being instrumental in developing the “Five-Part Approach” to Qualified Retirement Plans.
Since 1983 , Jim holds a securities licenses in Series 6, 7, 63 and is a Registered Investment Advisor with an NASD license in Series 65. Jim earned the Chartered Life Underwriter designation through the American College in Bryn Mawr, PA.
